His specialties are:Creative & Executive Producer, Visual effects artist, Content developer, Project director, Brand management, Budget planing and control, Schedule supervisor. Strong expertise in content development for children over the cross platforms. Creator and producer of content for various children’s television shows, Apps and games.
Tamar Levy
Tamar holds a Master’s Degree with Honors in Early Childhood Development Counseling from Tel Aviv University. Tamar is responsible for the quality of the content of the Smartoonz brand. On each series, she has a team of consulting child development specialists that are involved from the initial phases through post production to the final product.
